Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Osiris gear in its original shoebox.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
